Blair had a really good day today. They increased his feeding schedule, and he has tolerated it well so far. He was also able to try nursing for the first time, and his nurse gave him an A+. He is still on a little oxygen by nasal cannula. The crud in his chest is much improved, and his breathing sounds much better. It is hard for us to believe he is only 9 days out from major open-chest surgery. We can hardly wait for everyone to meet him.
Thanks and praise be to God for watching over, protecting, and healing our sweet baby boy Blair.

Still praying for ya'll. I know these days in the hospital are getting long, but I am so thrilled he is making such progress & getting stronger everyday. Can't wait til you are home and in your new routine. (Except you will miss having the nurses to get up with him in the middle o the night. :-)
